Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the cosel.com.tr, coselium.com.tr and coselium.com websites and the dealer portal (bayi.coselium.com) operated by Cosel Elektronik Otomasyon Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Cosel”). By using the sites you accept these terms. Information on the processing of personal data is in the privacy notice, and information on cookies in the cookie policy.

2. Product information and technical content

Product descriptions, specifications, wiring diagrams, typical installation examples and articles on the sites are provided for information. The current datasheet and user manual of the product must be followed when designing, installing and commissioning a project, and the work must be carried out by qualified people.

Cosel may update product specifications and site content without prior notice. Stock status and similar information on the sites is not an offer; prices, delivery and terms of sale are agreed separately at the quotation and order stage.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, images, drawings, documents and software on the sites belong to Cosel or are used under licence. The Cosel and Coselium names and logos may not be used, altered or shown in a way that associates them with another product or service without permission.

Public brochures and datasheets may be shared unaltered for the purpose of presenting Coselium products or using them in a project.

4. Dealer portal

• Portal accounts are opened for people authorised by companies that have a partnership with Cosel.
• Accounts are personal; usernames and passwords must not be shared. The user and their company are responsible for keeping the password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, change your password and let us know.
• Documents, software and company-specific files on the portal are used only within the partnership and are not shared with third parties.
• Sign-ins and downloads are logged for security and service follow-up.
• Accounts may be suspended or closed when the partnership ends or in case of use contrary to these terms.

5. Acceptable use

The sites may not be used for unlawful purposes. Attempting to bypass security measures, submitting software or content that could harm the sites, using the forms to send unsolicited messages and collecting content in bulk with automated tools are prohibited.

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you give in forms and on the dealer portal. If you share information about another person, you must have informed that person.

6. Liability

Cosel takes due care to keep the sites running without interruption or error; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure faults or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damage arising from applying information on the sites without checking it against the technical documentation.

Cosel cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, epidemics, fire, war, cyber attacks or outages in the power or communication infrastructure.

Warranty and terms of sale for products are set by the sales documents and applicable law, not by this page. The statutory rights of consumers are reserved.

7. Links to other sites

The sites may contain links to third-party sites. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

8. Records

In disputes, Cosel’s electronic, server and email records may be used as evidence under Art. 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. Your right to submit counter-evidence is reserved.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated when necessary. The current version and its effective date are published on this page. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the validity of the other provisions is not affected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of the place of Cosel’s registered address have jurisdiction over disputes.
