General principles on how we protect your data when you use our websites.

Scope
This policy applies to the Cosel corporate site, the Coselium product sites and the dealer portal. Details of personal data processing are in the privacy notice.
What we collect
We only process what you choose to share in forms and the technical records needed for security (IP address, browser information). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Security
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS
- Form submissions are protected by bot protection and a per-IP rate limit
- Only authorised staff using two-factor authentication can access the admin panel
- Dealer portal accounts are locked temporarily after repeated failed sign-in attempts
- Support attachments and dealer documents are not publicly accessible
- The database is backed up regularly
Analytics
We currently use no analytics tool that collects visit statistics. If we add one, it will be a cookieless tool hosted in Türkiye and will run only if you consent in the cookie banner.
